According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to return or exchange the product for a similar product within 14 days, if the purchased product is not suitable for:
- form,
- technical properties,
- size,
- dimensions,
- style,
- color,
- or for other reasons.
To exchange or return a product, you must:
- Contact the store within 14 days of purchasing the product.
- Preserve the product's appearance (that is, the product must look the same as at the time of your purchase, there must be no physical damage to the product).
- Save all product labels and stickers on the product.
- Keep the payment document issued by the seller together with the product.
